​My name is Swar. As a UKCP accredited Transactional Analysis psychotherapist, I believe that while we can be hurt in relationship, we can heal and grow from a meaningful and real relationship. Wroking together, we will work safely at your own pace to become aware of the patterns that run in the background out of awareness. This process will not only develop self-awareness but also cultivate a creative space where you can nurture freedom and new meaning in your life.

​I am genuinely interested in supporting people from all backgrounds to move beyond simply "getting by" or accepting the way things have always been to undo outdated conclusions about themselves. This is to move toward genuine freedom and informed choice. Every person’s experience is unique, and I offer a culturally sensitive space that affirms your uniqueness and helps you empower yourself in the way that is right for you.

I work with depression, trauma, addictions and substance misuse, abuse, bereavement and loss, relationship problems and LGBTQ+ issues.

How do you start?

Fill out the contact form at the end of this page, or click here, to express your interest in starting therapy. We can then arrange to meet for the first session.

In your first session you can tell me about yourself and what brings you to therapy. I will answer any questions you may have. I will also use the time to ask some in-depth questions to start to think about your difficulties and how I can help you. It will become apparent if we can continue to work together by the end of that session.
All sessions are chargeable ahead of your sessions. My fee is £75 per session payable ahead of each session.
Cancellation policy:
A 7-day notice period is required. Otherwise, sessions are chargeable.

I meet clients by appointment only. We meet once a week in a recurring 50-minute session on a fixed and agreed day and time.

Accessibility
Queen Ann Street is located in Marylebone close to Mayfair, and Harley Street in Central London. My office is easily accessible from Bond Streed Station and Oxford Circus Station, making it easy to get to from North London, South London, West London and East London. The following tube lines run through these stations: Central Line, Bakerloo Line, Victoria Line, Jubilee Line, and the Elizabeth Line.
By bus: 18 bus, 205 bus, 27 bus, 390 bus, 453 bus, 7 bus, or the 88 bus.
