Saying Hello to me is the first step to meeting yourself.

Psychotherapy and Counselling in London

I'm Swar, a qualified Transactional Analysis psychotherapist; an accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy, (UKCP), and The International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis, (IARTA). I work with clients aged 18 and over.

I offer a safe and supportive space so you can talk in confidence to explore at your pace what is on your mind.

Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy for Adults

Transactional Analysis psychotherapy is my mode of working with clients. I consider formative relationships to be of significant importance in shaping human personality, including the psychological and emotional difficulties people experience. As we can be hurt in relationship, I think that we can also heal in relationship.

In meeting weekly and as you feel more safe in our therapeutic relationship, qualities begin to emerge between us. I aim to work collaboratively with my clients to bring attention and curiosity to these emergent qualities. This process can be a source of valuable self-knowledge and learning that contributes to the growth of the clients.

I work with adults of all ages who are struggling with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma and PTS, OCD, addictions and substance misuse, abuse, bereavement and loss, relationship problems, career issues, resilience, Gender Identity, Gender Sexuality Relationship Diversity (GSRD), other LGBTQ+ issues, and cultural diversity, minor traits of personality disorders.

I have skills in Arabic.

I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life to grow and realize their full potential. If you are ready to start your journey, I invite you to contact me now to arrange a consultation.

How do you start?

  1. Fill out the contact form at the end of this page, or click here,  to express your interest in starting therapy. We can then arrange to meet for the first session.

  2. We meet for the first session. You can tell me about yourself and what brings you to therapy. I will answer any questions you may have. I will also use the time to ask some in-depth questions to start to think about your difficulties and how I can help you. It will become apparent if we can continue to work together by the end of that session.

All sessions are chargeable ahead of your sessions. My fee is £65 per session payable ahead of sessions.

Cancellation policy:

A 7-day notice period is required. Otherwise, sessions are chargeable.

You are an individual coming to therapy: We meet by appointment only. We have a recurring 50-minute session once a week on a fixed day and time.
